This page explains the payment methods and price presentation currently used on awesomedairy.com.
Available payment methods
At checkout, the Website currently supports Online Payment through Paytm and Cash on Delivery where the selected product, seller, shipping method and delivery location are eligible. Only payment methods shown as available at checkout for your order can be used.
Prices and taxes
Product prices on the Website are configured to be shown inclusive of applicable taxes unless the Website clearly states otherwise for a particular item or transaction.
Delivery and other compulsory charges
Any applicable delivery, shipping, handling or other compulsory charge is shown as part of the order review before you place the order. Please review the final order total displayed at checkout before confirming the purchase.
No hidden payment-method promise
Payment options, gateway availability and eligibility may change from time to time. We do not promise availability of a payment method unless it is actually offered for the order at checkout. Disabled or unavailable payment methods are not represented as active options.
Online payment processing
Online payment transactions are processed through the enabled payment gateway. Awesome Dairy does not intentionally ask you to provide full payment-card credentials directly outside the payment flow provided for the transaction. Please do not send card numbers, CVV, PIN, OTP or payment passwords by email, phone or support message.
Refunds
Approved refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy and Cancellation Policy. The receiving bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect a refund after it has been initiated.

If you experience a payment issue, contact info@awesomedairy.com or +91 83084 38840 with your order number and transaction reference where available. Never include card PIN, CVV or OTP in your message.
